"What we think we become," the day's thought, was eye-opening for me because our lives are shaped by our thoughts. "Story has no age," the education philosophy lesson began with a story about Leo the late bloomer. I loved the story because it taught me that there are numerous types of learners and that each child develops at a different rate. I admired how Leo's mother never loses hope in him and supports him. It made me understand that as teachers and parents, we should always encourage our children regardless of their learning capacities. We should never underestimate or dismiss a person because they will shine at some point and have their own capabilities. Madam's use of the video was exciting and enjoyable because, as a visual learner, it helped me concentrate and learn effectively. The KWL chart was delightful since we had to write about what we already knew, what we wanted to learn, and what we had learned. I had a good time comparing the answer I wrote. The most essential lesson I have learned is that learning is endless and that everyone has the right to an education. All this time I was learning for an exam rather than as a lifelong learner, therefore from now on I will ensure that I am a lifelong learner.
